Prime your nails with Sheba Nails Nail Polish Base Coat before applying nail laquer. It glides easily onto nails to create a fast-drying protective layer that maximizes color adhesion and eliminates staining. It can be used on its own for a clear, high-gloss finish. Formulation is "5 Free" which means it does not contain the Toxic Trio of chemicals: toluene, formaldehyde and dibutyl phthalate, camphor or formaldehyde resins.
