Design created using Sheba Nails Cracked Egg Shells-Prism encapsulated in Perfectionist UV Gel Clear. Using detail brush and Sheba Nails Flat Nail Paint - delicate images of Hello Kitty were randomly painted on each nail. Add dimension and whimsy to the design using the dotting tool - different color dots, decreasing in size are layered upon one another. Finally, the design has been enhanced with contemporary flowers that seem to fall off the free edge of the nail - using flat nail paint and square shader brush. To add some glitz, round acrylic rhinestones in coordinating colors are added to the center of each flower.
